I’m actually super keen to hit the gym tomorrow. I actually finally doing something about getting fit and it feels great. Got my high carb diet to make me gain weight going on, hitting the gym and doing just a bit of exercise in the mornings to try and make it muscle mass. even just doing that morning exercise ive gotten fitter within like, a few weeks. I couple of weeks ago I struggled to do 20 push ups, now I can do 30 no problem. (i know some of you would be like “HA only 30?” but thats a good effort for me)

Do any of you guys know any tricks of the trade for gaining weight or anything like that? I’d gladly look into your advice if it helps me out (:
