Also, I thought gyms were supposed to make you feel good. not like death. I actually felt sick afterwards. is that just because im unhealthy or has this gym poisoned my air supply? The people there were surprisingly really nice though and the only other guy exercising was some old man so i didn’t feel intimidated so I’m kinda keen to go back.
